  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened skincare products or products that have been used.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping Costs: Refunds will only cover the cost of the product. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and return the product, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

6. Cancellations
